Lalo Workshop, by Anne Bisone, uses discarded surplus fabrics sewn together into her comfortable and stylish designs. She uses one primary silhouette, and then plays with the fabric swatches and cuts, with form-fitting cloaks and waistcoats outfitted with two front pockets, as much part of the aesthetic design as they are functional. The material she uses are often design house ends, the waste of a limited fashion season that can now be recycled into Bisone’s eyecatching garments.
